Fusion VoIP™ IP Phone reference design is an embedded software and silicon solution that supports current and emerging IP phone standards and offers expansion capabilities for product differentiation. Designed around a single-core, single-processor, the reference design reduces the bill of materials cost as well as the time and complexity typically associated with developing an IP phone.
Ideal for IP Phone application, the reference design offers SIP-based call processing, a 10/100 Ethernet switch, remotely upgradeable firmware and a robust set of features and functionality. The reference design software delivers the critical processing (RTOS, call manager, voice algorithms, etc.), networking (TCP/IP, SIP, RTP, etc.), management (FTP/TFTP firmware upgrade and configuration backup/restore, Telnet remote management, a built-in diagnostic tool, etc.) as well as most peripheral functions required to build a basic or advanced IP phone.
